Genesis Housing Services partners provide affordable on-line education for first time homebuyers and buyers whose lender requires that they take an 8-hour pre-purchase course. We also provide individual counseling for those who are considering buying or are already in the process of buying a home, helping you make an affordable and smart purchase.
After completing the course, if you would like to meet with a counselor, you will need to complete some forms which provides us information about you. There is also a list of supporting documentation that you will need to bring to a scheduled appointment.
